Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) โ€“ Rotating Shifts (Epic System Conversion Backfill)

  • Schedule: Rotating Shifts | 5x8s (40 Hours Per Week) | 8-Week Short-Term Contract (08/17/2026 โ€“ 10/11/2026)

Clinical Scope Core Duties: Delivers highly coordinated perioperative nursing care, serving as the primary Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA). Directs intraoperative activities, assists the operating surgeon with exposure, hemostasis, tissue handling, suturing, and other surgical maneuvers according to established standards of care.
