description:
Provides comprehensive nutritional care to patients and residents identified with special needs and/or those who meet nutritional risk criteria. Provides nutritional care which includes patient assessment and reassessment, patient and family education, interdisciplinary communication, nutritional plan of care development, and documentation of all interventions in accordance with policy and acceptable practice standards. Acts as a competent clinician who provides clinical care in a skilled and effective manner, utilizing appropriate technical and decision-making skills.
requirement:
This position is for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years and have worked as an employee of an organization / successfully completed a contract. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used. No RTO is allowed. The listed start date is firm.Day Shift/AUTO OFFER 36 or 48 hours per week/Backfill for EPIC must have experience in EPIC and CernerEducation and Work Experience:Bachelor?s Degree in food and nutrition or equivalent: RequiredMaster's Degree: Required, only if eligibility for examination began on or after 1/1/24Experience as a Clinical Dietitian: PreferredDietetic internship or its equivalent: RequiredLicenses/Certifications:Registered Dietitian (RD) within 6 months of completion of residency program: Required
