As the Ecommerce Manager for our 89th & Madison brand, you will lead the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of our online business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, optimizing website performance, and delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will develop and execute ecommerce and digital marketing strategies, analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance site functionality, merchandising, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and passionate about creating seamless online shopping experiences while staying ahead of ecommerce trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall ecommerce operations, including product assortment, pricing, and promotions to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to maximize sales and profitability while meeting budget objectives.
  • Analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive optimization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to ensure cohesive execution of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
