An E&I Manager, or Electrical and Instrumentation Manager, is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and instrumentation in industrial settings. Their role includes managing teams of engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing the performance of electrical and control systems. E&I Managers play a critical role in project planning, budgeting, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth plant operations.
