Job Description Ecommerce Manager Description Responsibilities: Collaborate with Customer Service team (Marketing, Engineering, and Sourcing) to develop e-commerce product and pricing strategies, balancing business objectives and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute strategy for transitioning all parts and accessories ordering online. Evaluate and test opportunities to grow e-commerce revenue and presence beyond established channels and processes.

Make recommendations on deployment initiatives and marketing programs, report on pricing experiments, and create proformas to evaluate ROI on e-commerce programs. Oversee implementation of plans related to system tracking and dashboard reporting. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve and develop repeatable processes.

Identify opportunities for expanding channel either through development of affiliate or syndicate programs as well as new platform opportunities with various brands. Manage various brands and platforms to continue to expand presence to drive revenue. Qualification Education: Bachelor's degree required Years of Experience: 7 or more years of sales, marketing, e-commerce, or project management experience required Software Knowledge: Google Analytics, CRM platform experience, CMS platform experience, Microsoft Applications Passion for technology and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
