Job description

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years in software engineering with experience leading enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Commerce / Magento development, including:
    • Custom module development, service contracts, DI, plugins/observers
    • GraphQL/REST API customization and integrations
    • Performance optimization and production troubleshooting
  • Strong experience with Adobe I/O App Builder (serverless app development, deployment, runtime ops).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, and modern integration patterns.
  • Experience designing and building APIs, event-driven systems, and scalable integrations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native concepts, CI/CD, and application observability.
  • Proven capability to mentor engineers and lead technical decision-making.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with headless commerce architectures and modern frontend stacks.
  • Knowledge of Adobe IMS / OAuth authentication and enterprise identity integration.
  • Experience with message queues, async processing, and distributed system design.
  • Familiarity with performance testing, load testing, and capacity planning for peak events.
  • Experience with multi-site / multi-brand commerce implementations and global rollouts.
