The Opportunity

RideWrap is a fast-growing company in the bike industry and we are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as the Paid Media & eCommerce Marketing Specialist.
Your number 1 objective is to maximize revenue through online sales via the acquisition of new customers, and providing the best user experience converting visitors in to satisfied repeat customers, utilizing a targeted full-funnel marketing strategy, and optimization of our eCommerce platform.

RideWrap is a rider-owned and operated business. Since the beginning, our objective has been simple: help riders get the most out of their time riding bikes. RideWrap’s proprietary systems are born from combining a background in precision engineering with a love for riding bikes. We produce industry-leading frame protection components for all bikes and riders.
About You

  • Have a flare for creativity, and strategic thinking
  • Proven track record optimizing UX and UI strategies
  • Excited to work in the bike industry
  • Previous professional experience in eCommerce marketing
Responsibilities

  • Implement user experience best practices on our eCommerce platform, analyze statistics, and provide solutions to optimize conversion rates
  • Work directly with out Web-Development team on updates to our eCommerce platform
  • Design, implement, and oversee data-driven full-funnel growth activities.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, perform analysis and track KPIs to make data driven decisions.
  • Work effectively within marketing budgets working closely with the finance team.
  • Research and analyze new channels and strategies to keep up to date with current trends in the industry
  • Create goals, and track KPIs across all platforms to gauge successful campaigns and implementations
Qualifications, Experiences, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, computer science, marketing, a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Proven experience in online marketing, eCommerce and business growth
  • In depth knowledge of SEO and SEM marketing
  • Experience with Google ADs, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
  • Experience within the bike industry an asset
