What You’ll Do Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow. Collaborate with other developers, architects, and consultants to implement best practices in Salesforce development. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices. Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist clients with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce. Participate in client meetings to communicate status and provide best practice recommendations. Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Salesforce Solutions. Other duties as required What You Bring Required: 6 or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, including at least 3 years of experience working with Lightning Web Components. Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing and documentation of Salesforce solutions. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Experience in creating Apex classes, Triggers and using APIs. Expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce object model in conjunction with SOQL and SOSL. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be currently based in and legally eligible to work in Canada and can show proof of citizenship or visa. Preferred: Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a strong asset. PD2, JavaScript Developer 1 and/or System Architect certifications are an asset. Experience in executing data migration from legacy systems into Salesforce is a plus. Experience working with MuleSoft is an asset. Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications such as ERPs is an asset. Experience working with AngularJS and/or jQuery is a plus. Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an asset. Experience deploying applications to the Salesforce AppExchange is an asset.
