Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish)

Locations: Matawan & Edison NJ
Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift with flexibility as needed

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Source, recruit, and onboard qualified candidates for open positions
  • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews

  • Assist with orientations, onboarding paperwork, I-9 verification, and new hire processes
