Dynamic recruiting refers to a flexible and adaptive approach to talent acquisition that uses real-time data, technology, and evolving strategies to attract and hire the best candidates. Unlike traditional recruiting, dynamic recruiting continuously updates sourcing channels, job descriptions, and evaluation methods based on market trends and organizational needs. This approach often leverages advanced tools such as AI, analytics, and social media to engage a broader and more diverse pool of candidates. Dynamic recruiting helps organizations remain competitive by quickly responding to changing talent demands and improving the overall efficiency of the hiring process.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a dynamic recruiter?

To thrive as a Dynamic Recruiter, you need strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and experience with sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and relevant certifications like SHRM-CP or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter are highly valuable. Exceptional communication, adaptability, and relationship-building skills help you connect with candidates and hiring managers effectively. These capabilities ensure you can attract top talent, meet organizational hiring goals, and foster a positive candidate experience in a competitive job market.

How does a dynamic recruiting professional typically collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders during the recruitment process?

Dynamic Recruiting professionals work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, ensuring that job requirements are clearly defined. They facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, such as HR partners and department leads, to align recruitment strategies and provide updates on candidate pipelines. Collaborative meetings, feedback sessions, and data sharing are common, enabling recruiters to adapt quickly to changes and deliver the best talent. This teamwork-driven approach helps streamline the hiring process and supports organizational growth.

Job description

Overview
Corporate Tools is on the search for a Recruiter. Recruiting is not a box checking practice for us. You want to be the person that dives in to get to know the candidates, and get to know what it means to be a culture fit at our company. We have a responsibility to everyone here, and we don't take it lightly. This position will be recruiting on roles across the country, locally, and regionally. Full-cycle recruiting takes on a whole extra level here... we are involved in every step of the interview process, and I mean just about every step. Scripts? Lists of questions you have to ask? Pointless questionnaires to fill out? No, you get to be a real person having a conversation with another real person. If you enjoy interacting with other humans and want to make meaningful impacts, we should probably talk.
This is a M-F, full time salaried position that some remote work is possible. You'll onboard and train in person, for at least the first 90 days, in Post Falls and continue working in our office at least 2-3 days a week. Also, we love a good cover letter.
Wage
Up to $80,000 / year
Benefits
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees
  • Annual review with raise option
  • 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays
    • After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days. Employees transition to flexible time off after 5 years with the company-not accrued, not capped, take time off when you want
    • The 4 holidays are: New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Up to 6% company matching 401(k) with no vesting period
  • Quarterly allowance
    • Use to make your remote work set up more comfortable, for continuing education classes, a plant for your desk, coffee for your coworker, a massage for yourself... really, whatever
  • Open concept office with friendly coworkers
  • Creative environment where you can make a difference
  • No dumb benefits like free dog walking on the weekends that snobby hipster places have to make you feel cool, but mathematically won't cost the company much money because you won't use it
  • Trail Mix Bar - oh yeah

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to find and hire talented people
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting candidates; sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer
  • Build on your already-impressive network, use multiple sourcing channels and other creative means to attract top talent
  • Represent Corporate Tools and our culture in every interaction, showing the perfect balance of: professionalism, enthusiasm, confidence, charisma, respect, humility and kindness
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify additional talent that will work harmoniously with existing team dynamics
  • Protect and cultivate our company culture

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience with high volume full cycle recruiting
  • 3+ years experience using a variety of talent sourcing tools
  • 3+ years experience using a variety of job boards
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, often ambiguous environment
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent follow up and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and self motivate to ensure completion of tasks
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Collaborative and coachable
  • College degree preferred but not required
