We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at our Manufacturing Facility located in Monroe, MI. This is a full-time opportunity position to help us hire qualified independent contractors to build our shed, playsets, and structures all over the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer high volume of interested candidate inbound phone calls and texts.
  • Reviewing and evaluating applications.
  • Scheduling candidates for in person interviews.
  • Ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Skills needed, such as data entry, emailing, and scheduling.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of Recruiting and/or Customer Service experience, handling incoming calls and emails from candidates as well as making outbound calls to candidates.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience answering high volume incoming phone calls.
  • Clear communication skills with a positive attitude and energy.
  • Microsoft office.
  • Adeptness at using applicant tracking system software, such as Paycor and Salesforce.
