Why we need you?

The Warehouse & Shipping Assistant supports warehouse operations, shipping activities, inventory movement, and production support functions. This position ensures materials and finished products are received, stored, moved, packaged, and shipped safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.Basic computer skills and experience with shipping systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

What you'll be doing

  • Load and unload printers and materials using forklifts and material handling equipment.
  • Move printers throughout production and warehouse areas to support workflow and FIFO requirements.
  • Receive incoming shipments and unload trucks.
  • Break down pallets and prepare materials for storage.
  • Pull, package, and ship customer orders.
  • Process freight, parcel, DHL, and LTL shipments.
  • Complete shipping transactions and documentation within Sage.
  • Provide professional interactions with freight carriers and delivery drivers.
  • Restock warehouse supplies, including tape, boxes, and ink.
  • Assist production teams by wrapping printers and moving equipment into production bays.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse and shipping areas.
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including sweeping and waste removal.
  • Follow all safety procedures related to warehouse and forklift operations.
