Job Description

About the Role

We are a growing Delivery Service Partner operating large-item deliveries for Amazon XL. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily delivery operations, manage drivers and dispatch, and drive performance across safety, customer experience, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily delivery operations (10โ€“50 routes)

  • Manage dispatch team and route supervisors

  • Ensure on-time delivery and route completion

  • Monitor KPIs (on-time %, damage rate, customer satisfaction)

  • Handle escalations and operational issues

  • Manage driver performance and staffing

  • Improve efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 3+ years in logistics, delivery, or operations management

  • Experience managing teams (20+ employees preferred)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

  • Experience with last-mile delivery preferred
