Driver Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Driver Supervisor to join our team in Baxley, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in supervising drivers, preferably within the garbage or waste management industry. This role involves overseeing daily driver operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining efficient route management.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of drivers to ensure timely and safe completion of routes.
  • Monitor driver performance and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and DOT requirements.
  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching drivers to optimize route efficiency.
