Job description

About Flosum
Flosum is the 100% Salesforce DevOps, security, and data management platform - built on Salesforce, for Salesforce. We help enterprise teams ship faster, stay compliant, and protect their metadata and data across the entire release lifecycle. As Salesforce DevOps becomes mission-critical in the Agentforce era, we're investing heavily in community, content, and developer love - and that's where you come in.
The Role
We're hiring a Salesforce DevOps Evangelist to be the public face and voice of Flosum across LinkedIn, YouTube, and the global Salesforce ecosystem. You will make Flosum famous by building an authentic personal brand, connecting deeply with developers, admins, and architects, and turning Salesforce DevOps best practices into content people can't stop sharing. If you live and breathe Salesforce DevOps, post about it daily, and love being on camera - this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
  • Create daily LinkedIn content - posts, carousels, polls, and short-form video - that drives conversation around Salesforce DevOps, metadata, Agentforce, and release management
  • Produce a steady stream of YouTube videos, livestreams, podcasts, and demo reels showing Flosum in action against real-world DevOps challenges
  • Speak at Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX, World Tours, community user groups, and partner webinars - owning the stage as Flosum's technical storyteller
  • Build hands-on demos and reference architectures that showcase Flosum's native CI/CD, backup, data masking, and Agentforce-ready workflows
  • Engage authentically with the Trailblazer Community - comment, collaborate, and amplify other voices in Salesforce DevOps
  • Partner with product and engineering to translate roadmap into compelling narratives, blogs, and launch campaigns
  • Mentor customers and prospects on source-driven development, branching strategies, and DevOps KPIs like deployment frequency and change failure rate
  • Represent the developer's voice internally - bring community feedback back to product to shape what we build next

Requirements
What You Bring
  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience: Apex, LWC, Flow, Metadata API, SOQL
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce DevOps - CI/CD pipelines, Git source control, sandbox management, automated testing, and release orchestration
  • Working knowledge of Agentforce and how AI agents intersect with DevOps, governance, and metadata
  • A proven track record of building a personal brand on LinkedIn - you already post regularly and have an engaged following
  • Comfort and charisma on camera - you can record a demo, host a livestream, or keynote a webinar without breaking a sweat
  • Excellent written communication - your posts, blogs, and docs are crisp, opinionated, and useful
  • Experience with Flosum, Gearset, Copado, Salto, or similar DevOps tooling
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or DevOps-specific) strongly preferred
Bonus Points
  • Existing speaker history at Dreamforce, TDX, or major community events
  • Active YouTube channel, podcast, or blog focused on the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Salesforce MVP, Golden Hoodie, or recognized community leader status
  • Experience launching developer programs, hackathons, or community initiatives
Success Metrics - First 12 Months
  • Grow Flosum's share of voice in Salesforce DevOps conversations on LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Publish a consistent cadence of high-engagement content across owned and personal channels
  • Deliver flagship talks at a minimum of 6 industry events including Dreamforce and TDX
  • Drive measurable inbound interest - demo requests, trial signups, and community sign-ups attributable to evangelism
  • Build a thriving Flosum developer community that customers and prospects want to be part of
Why Flosum
  • Be the most recognized voice in Salesforce DevOps - with a company that will invest in your brand
  • Work alongside a passionate team that's defining the category natively on the Salesforce platform
  • Remote-first culture with a real travel and content production budget
