We’re now hiring a Contract Hardware Project Manager at Paragon in Marietta, GA!

PARAGON specializes in consultation, design, supply, and installation of technical products such as doors, frames, hardware, lighting fixtures, and lighting controls on new hotel projects across the nation. Paragon is well positioned for future growth and is continually expanding its internal capabilities and external resources.

We are adding a Contract Hardware Project Manager Commercial Doors and Hardware to our teams!

Reporting to the VP of Operations - Door and Hardware Division, he/she will manage door, frame, hardware, and electronic card lock material and installation projects for new hotels under construction. Paragon Project Managers are responsible for client communications, purchase order detailing, coordinating billing, managing shipping schedules, technical support, site visits, installation coordination, punch out and warranty.

  • Pay: Starting at $85,000 depending on experience scaled relative to experience, plus bonuses
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, 401K, and PTO.
  • Schedule: M-F, 8-5 Typical, Flextime and limited work from home available after initial training

Typical day in the life as a Contract Hardware Project Manager:

  • Managing Long Term Customer Relationships and Ensuring Retention Sales
  • Access Control Design and Execution, including Hotel Electronic Cardlocks
  • Vendor Negotiations and Purchase Orders
  • Technical Service and Support to Individual Projects
  • Coordination with Accounting Dept to Ensure Your Projects are Properly Billed Monthly
  • Verbal and Written Communication with Client (Hotel Developers, Architects, and General Contractors), Vendors, and Paragon Teammates
  • Some travel required for project site visits (typically same day return or 1 day overnight per month or less)

  • Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Door, Frame and Hardware Experience required
