KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the DFH Project Manager, you'll leverage your specialized expertise to:

Technical Leadership:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of major door vendors, including Allegion and Assa Abloy
  • Handle all commercial door, frame, and hardware take-offs
  • Provide expert assistance to sales teams and customers during estimating and buy-out phases
  • Lead blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and construction procedures

Project Management:

  • Detail all projects, including pricing, identifying design/specification errors, and client communication
  • Estimate material requirements according to company policy and local building codes
  • Review "actual used vs. estimated" materials upon project completion
  • Assist operations teams with order verification and document revision reviews

Client Services:

  • Assess existing door conditions for deficiencies
  • Create corrective action plans for code issue remediation

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:
