Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across multiple divisions, including aluminum, Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28. This role is central to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder expectations
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and escalate incidents to management as needed
  • Manage relationships with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
  • Delegate project tasks to appropriate resources
  • Ensure quality control verification and enforcement
  • Coordinate and attend site meetings per customer schedule and requirements
  • Perform routine site inspections for quality, scope, standards compliance, and safety
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Complete project close-out documents and activities

Required Experience/Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant industries (construction, Division 8, Division 10, aluminum storefront)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Professional, Outlook, and web-based applications
  • Strong project management skills; process-oriented, highly organized, and quality-focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and external
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills
  • Current and valid US driver's license
