In this role, you will oversee projects, ensure deadlines are met, and lead a support team of professionals to guarantee all commercial door installations meet our high standards for quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple commercial door installation projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion and
  • adherence to budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, anticipating potential risks and obstacles.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues proactively to minimize delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and quality control.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the commercial door or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful projects with on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial door systems, installation techniques, and relevant building codes.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
