Luxury Impact LLC is a premier window and door company specializing in high-end residential construction throughout South Florida.
Based from our 10,000-square-foot headquarters in East Delray Beach, we work with many of South Florida's leading custom home builders, architects and homeowners on sophisticated new-construction and renovation projects.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Estimator who can immediately contribute at a high level.

The Position
We are seeking an experienced window and door estimator with a strong understanding of construction documents, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to independently manage complex estimates from initial takeoff through completed proposal.
Our projects routinely involve custom homes, large-format window and door systems, complex architectural conditions and multiple premium manufacturers.
The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder & CEO and collaborate with our sales and operations teams throughout the estimating and project handoff process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review architectural plans, specifications, schedules and construction documents.
  • Perform detailed window and door takeoffs and develop complete project scopes.
  • Prepare accurate proposals, budgets and revisions.
  • Review window and door schedules against elevations, floor plans and architectural details.
  • Evaluate product configurations, sizing, glazing, hardware and installation conditions.
  • Coordinate pricing and technical requirements with manufacturers and vendors.
  • Identify scope gaps, discrepancies and potential conflicts before proposals are finalized.
  • Generate RFIs when project documents require clarification.
  • Work closely with sales and operations throughout the estimating and project handoff process.
  • Manage multiple active estimates, revisions and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Significant estimating experience within the window and door industry.
  • Knowledge and experience with impact-resistant window and door systems is required.
  • Experience working with premium window and door manufacturers is required.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with high-end custom residential construction.
  • Familiarity with South Florida construction practices and the Florida Building Code.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple complex estimates and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with estimating, takeoff, PDF markup and Microsoft Office software.
