What is a Docusketch?

A Docusketch job typically involves creating 360-degree virtual tours for real estate, property management, or insurance purposes. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with virtual tour software can be beneficial.

What does a typical workday look like for someone in a Docusketch role?

Docusketch professionals typically spend their days visiting various properties to capture comprehensive 360-degree images and create accurate digital floor plans using specialized equipment. After collecting visual data, you’ll upload and process files through the Docusketch software, ensuring all documentation meets client and industry standards. Collaboration with property managers, realtors, or insurance adjusters is often part of the workflow to clarify requirements and ensure project accuracy. This role offers a mix of fieldwork and desk-based processing, providing variety and opportunities to build strong client relationships.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Docusketch position, and why are they important?

To excel as a Docusketch professional, you need a strong understanding of property documentation processes, proficiency in capturing clear and accurate visual data, and familiarity with building layouts. Experience using Docusketch software, 360-degree cameras, and mobile devices is highly valuable in this role.
