Helping our customers through the challenging process of water and fire damage cleanup is what a Project Manager does from start to finish. Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide priority response to potential customers
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Educate customers on the remediation process
  • Obtain site photos, create an accurate sketch of all affected areas, and create an initial estimate and scope of work for all projects
  • Analyze labor, equipment, and time requirements for each project
  • Recognize project constraints
  • Deliver a consistent and well-defined estimate using estimating platform
  • Conduct site visits as needed throughout project life
Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma required, associate or bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in estimating and/or insurance adjusting
  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient use of Xactimate and DocuSketch preferred
  • Proficient use of computers and technology
  • Advanced math skills
  • Must have good driving record with valid driver's license
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Normal schedule is 8.5-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Due to the emergency response nature of the business, this position frequently requires evening work, rotational on-call requirements, weekend work, and long hours beyond the normal schedule. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
