About the Job
As a Construction Manager, you will lead restoration rebuild projects from
inspection through completion. You will inspect losses, write estimates (docusketch), negotiate with
adjusters, and deliver high-quality reconstruction. This revenue-generating role manages
$1.5-$2 million in annual project volume while building lasting relationships with clients
and insurance partners.

What You'll Do
Inspect losses and create accurate scopes in Xactimate, ensuring every detail is
captured so clients get fair coverage
Document projects using Docusketch for thorough insurance-related rebuild records
Negotiate with insurance companies and close sales, putting your expertise to work
so clients get the coverage they deserve
Manage projects from contract through completion, setting clear expectations on
scope, timeline, and materials
Create detailed schedules and coordinate production teams to keep projects moving
Recruit, retain, and manage a reliable subcontractor network that shares our
commitment to quality
Handle material selections, permitting, and code compliance while managing budgets
for profitability
Complete change orders, supplemental billings, and project close-outs efficiently
Navigate TPA and program job requirements with confidence
Mentor and develop production staff to build a stronger team
What You'll Bring
Required
3-5 years as Construction Project Manager in restoration
Proficient in Xactimate; knowledge of Symbility
Experience with Docusketch for insurance documentation
3-5 years managing construction budgets and schedules
1-3 years running TPA/program rebuild jobs
Extensive subcontractor recruitment and management experience
Proven negotiator with insurance companies and adjusters
Knowledge of building codes, licensing, and permitting
State/local licenses to manage rebuild projects
Experience with PSA or similar job management platform
Preferred
IICRC certifications
Established subcontractor network
Large loss or CAT project experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
preferred, or equivalent experience
