About the Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead restoration rebuild projects from inspection through completion. You will inspect losses, write estimates, negotiate with adjusters, and deliver high-quality reconstruction.
This is a revenue-generating leadership role managing $1.5-$2 million in annual project volume while building strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.

What You'll Do
  • Inspect losses and create accurate scopes in Xactimate
  • Document projects using Docusketch for insurance-related records
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and close sales
  • Manage projects from contract through completion with clear scope, timelines, and expectations
  • Develop detailed schedules and coordinate production teams
  • Recruit, retain, and manage a reliable subcontractor network
  • Oversee material selections, permitting, and code compliance
  • Manage budgets to ensure project profitability
  • Complete change orders, supplementals, and project close-outs
  • Navigate TPA and program requirements
  • Mentor and develop production staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years as a Construction Project Manager in restoration
  • Proficiency in Xactimate; working knowledge of Symbility
  • Experience with Docusketch documentation
  • 3-5 years managing construction budgets and schedules
  • 1-3 years managing TPA/program rebuild jobs
  • Strong subcontractor recruitment and management experience
  • Proven success negotiating with insurance carriers and adjusters
  • Knowledge of building codes, licensing, and permitting
  • Required state/local licenses to manage rebuild projects
  • Experience with PSA or similar job management platforms

Preferred
  • IICRC certifications
  • Established subcontractor network
  • Large loss or CAT project experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
