Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact product training on Trimble Accubid Classic Estimating and Accubid Anywhere Estimating products via advanced virtual platforms and engaging in-person sessions.

  • Spearhead the evolution of educational syllabi and curriculum by collaborating with internal stakeholders to reflect emerging industry trends.

  • Act as a technical visionary, troubleshooting complex estimating challenges and providing expert-level guidance within the corporate CRM.

  • Partner with product management to identify enhancement opportunities, ensuring our software solutions remain at the forefront of the MEP industry.

  • Continuously master and integrate new software features into courseware to keep our global network of contractors ahead of the curve.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extensive professional experience as an Electrical Estimator within the construction sector.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Trimble Accubid Classic Estimating, Trimble Accubid Anywhere Estimating, and Trimble ChangeOrder.

  • A 2-year technical diploma or degree in construction/engineering, or certification as a Journeyperson or Technologist.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to command a room and simplify complex technical concepts.

Bonus Points For:

  • Background in adult education, professional technical training, or a 4-year degree.

  • Proven public speaking experience or experience authoring technical courseware.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace productivity suites.
