Job Scope:

As an EV Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our organization, collaborating effectively with project management, estimating teams, and sales departments to provide accurate estimates for electric vehicle (EV) projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Accubid and Excel and strong analytical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate EV projects, ensuring profitability and compliance with industry standards.

  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop an effective bid strategy for EV-related endeavors.

  • File and maintain all documents related to EV quotations in appropriate software.

  • Process project submittal requests promptly, with a commitment to a 24-hour turnaround.

  • Review post-bid approvals for all assigned EV projects.

  • Estimate changes for addendums on EV projects and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Stay abreast of current market conditions and innovations specific to the EV sector that can enhance productivity.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on advancements in EV technology.

  • Consult with other departments' clients, vendors, foremen, and personnel to formulate accurate estimates for EV projects and resolve potential issues.

  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the estimation process.

  • Provide comprehensive project turnovers to management, facilitating a seamless transition from estimation to project execution for EV initiatives.

Requirements:
