As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and play a key role in both estimating and managing projects from start to finish.


Position Overview

The Commercial Electrical Project Manager/Estimator is a dual-role position responsible for preparing competitive estimates and overseeing the execution of commercial electrical projects. This role requires 5 or more years of experience, a strong background in high-voltage commercial electrical systems, and proficiency in Accubid. You’ll be deeply involved in every phase of the project lifecycle—from bid to closeout—ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.

This is a full-time, onsite position with minimal travel required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation

  • Develop accurate estimates using Accubid for labor, materials, and subcontractors

  • Prepare and submit competitive bid packages

  • Plan and manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams

  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders

  • Track and report on key project metrics and milestones


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical estimating and project management

  • Proven expertise in high-voltage commercial electrical systems

  • Proficient in Accubid estimating software (required)

  • Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical codes, and commercial construction practices

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications
  • Field experience in commercial electrical installation or supervision
