RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform water pumping and extraction at residential and commercial job sites
Conduct mold remediation following industry safety protocols
Remove and dispose of damaged building materials
Determine water category and class; perform moisture mapping using industry equipment
Clean up after fire damage, including smoke and soot removal
Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) to industry drying standards
Document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress through daily photos and notes
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managers
Maintain, clean, and properly store company equipment and vehicles
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
Participate in on-call rotation as needed for emergency response
