About the role
We are hiring a Document Control Administrator to manage all project documentation for NYC Health + Hospitals construction management assignments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Administer document control systems including Kahua and/or Procore
- Ensure version control, timely distribution, and complete project record retention through closeout
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes within required timeframes
- Support Project Managers with pay requisition documentation and vendor compliance tracking
- Compile and organize final project closeout records for OFD delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of document control experience on construction projects
- Proficiency in Kahua strongly preferred; Procore, e-Builder, or equivalent acceptable
- Experience with NYC public agency procurement and documentation requirements a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Healthcare facility construction experience a plus
