Location: Medley, FL
Pay: $18 – $20/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
(Perfect for candidates who prefer afternoons/evenings and want their mornings free.)

We are a growing baking company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Administrative Technician to support our team on 2nd shift. This position does not require prior Quality Assurance experience — we will train the right person.

If you are bilingual (English/Spanish), have strong computer skills, and have worked in a production or warehouse environment, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career.


What You’ll Do
  • Assist with basic quality and production checks (training provided).

  • Enter information, track data, and maintain simple reports using Excel.

  • Support administrative tasks related to production, quality, and compliance.

  • Communicate with production staff to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Help keep records organized and accurate throughout the shift.

  • Follow company procedures and food safety guidelines.


What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish

  • Basic computer skills, including Excel (required)

  • Some administrative experience (office, clerical, data entry, etc.)

  • Experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing setting

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
