The role will have interactions with various functions of our client and other parties including EPC contractors, Licensors, Vendors and Customers.

Responsibilities
  • Processing and managing all aspects of project documentation using EDMS and other client document management tools.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with client document management processes, project requirements, and contractual agreements, as applicable.
  • Support integration of document control processes between Contractors, internal stakeholders, and client to improve work processes and document flow.
  • Support and provide guidance on document management work processes and systems to project and functional stakeholders, as required.
  • Support Document Control planning for Site and functional requirements, including Field Document Control processes and procedures.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely progression of documentation through workflow processes within the Company document management system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve document management workflows and enhance efficiency across stakeholder interfaces.
  • Support the coordination of document control requirements across Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Start-Up, and Operations to ensure continuity through the full asset lifecycle.
  • Participate in meetings, develop reports, maintain logs, and provide support to the document control team to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of documentation process flows, status, and history within the document management system.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with project and functional stakeholders to ensure timely document control support and issue resolution.
  • Be proactive in researching, retrieving, and validating document-related data to support project execution and operational needs.

Qualifications
Minimum experience required for the position
  • 5+ years experience as a Document Controller supporting EPC contractor or Owner/Operator.
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (Hexagon SDx, Aconex, or PIMS is preferred).

Preferred education
  • Bachelors degree in an applicable discipline.
