Mortgage Loan Closer
Join a team where precision meets purpose. At First Bank Texas, weโ€™re committed to making the home loan process smooth, transparent, and stress-free for our customers. As a Mortgage Closer, youโ€™ll be the final step in turning loan approvals into homeownership dreams.
Duties amp; Responsibilities:
  • Review and prepare accurate closing packages in compliance with TRID, RESPA, and investor guidelines.
  • Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and loan officers to facilitate closings.
  • Deliver Closing Disclosures and ensure borrowers understand their final terms.
  • Resolve last-minute issues quickly to keep closings on track.
  • Submit complete post-closing packages to investors or internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in mortgage closing, loan processing, or related banking role.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and closing procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear, professional communication with borrowers and partners.
  • Proficiency with mortgage LOS and document prep software
