We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our ever‑evolving Internal Systems Product organization and help shape the future of global commerce As the Product Professional for the Internal Systems Product organization, you will partner with dedicated engineering and operations teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer experiences for our Merchant business. You’ll work with the teams responsible for boarding, implementation, training, and operationalizing document management solutions, ensuring customers and partners of all sizes have clarity, flexibility, and the tools they need to deliver excellent customer experiences. What you’ll own
  • Define and drive the document management product vision and roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve Merchant and Partner experiences, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • Translate product strategy into prioritized requirements, business cases, and deliverables based on customer and business impact.
  • Partner with engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and third‑party vendors to deliver scalable solutions and successful product launches.
  • Lead Voice of Customer research and serve as the subject matter expert for document management products and capabilities.
  • Manage strategic relationships with third‑party document management providers, influencing product enhancements and future platform development.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for third‑party document management vendors, managing strategic partnerships, evaluating solution enhancements and releases, and influencing product roadmaps through ongoing feedback and collaboration.
What you bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering products across the full lifecycle, including platform migrations, system consolidations, and M&A integrations.
  • Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe), and translating business, legal, and compliance requirements into product solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with DocuSign (eSignature, CLM, or similar), including administration, workflow design, and environment consolidation.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across multiple business units and matrixed organizations while managing competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in software/web technologies and enterprise integrations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms).
  • Experience creating streamlined, user‑centric experiences and managing third‑party vendor relationships.
  • BS/MS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
