The management team collectively helps oversee in-store operations alongside each other with the General Manager taking the lead. Management plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.  They must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead shifts like a pro in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
  • Keep the store organized, prioritized, and running smoother than the mayo on fresh bread.
  • Handle high-stress moments with calm confidence.
  • Execute daily operations with 100% integrity (no shortcuts, ever).
  • Provide thoughtful opinions and recommendations to grown the store and develop the team.
  • Support, motivate, and elevate employees while keeping standards sky-high.
  • Basic understanding of register operations and cash handling.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Open, full-time availability (40 hours/week).
  • Ability to stay focused and effective when it's go-time.
  • Strong organizational skills with minimal supervision.
  • Leadership mindset with the confidence to speak up and make things better.
