Munters is a global leader in climate solutions, delivering innovative and energy-efficient systems for mission-critical industries. We are seeking a Design Specialist to support product design and manufacturing through 3D modeling and technical documentation.

What You'll Do
Create 3D models, assemblies, and sheet metal designs in SolidWorks
Develop BOMs and detailed assembly instructions
Collaborating with manufacturing to resolve design challenges
Design piping systems (carbon steel, stainless steel, copper)
Support continuous improvement and special projects
Train and support team members on design tools

3-5 years of SolidWorks or 3D CAD experience
Strong knowledge of sheet metal and mechanical assemblies
Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical systems preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Associate degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
