Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Document Control Specialist role based in Bonham, TX. The Document Control Specialist maintains and organizes engineering, production, and quality documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate, current, and properly stored. Daily responsibilities include creating and updating document files, tracking revisions, managing approvals, and distributing controlled documents to appropriate stakeholders. The role also involves reviewing documents for completeness and compliance with internal standards, supporting audit and inspection activities, and collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve document-related issues. The specialist helps improve document control processes, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures consistent adherence to company documentation procedures.

Qualifications
