HGA is seeking a highly organized Document Controls / Administrative Coordinator to support a 6-month assignment in Beaumont, Texas. This role will bring the site's documentation up to date, including scanning, editing, filing, and formatting existing records to a consistent standard. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working within established document control procedures, and able to identify inconsistencies or missing information within technical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize, scan, edit, and file site documentation
  • Standardize document formatting to ensure consistency across all records
  • Update and maintain training records
  • Utilize existing templates for document processing
  • Organize and maintain physical file cabinets
  • Review procedures to identify errors or missing information
