Job description

Looking for a legal assistant for a Plaintiff's personal injury practice. Must be bilingual and prior experience in a Plaintiff's personal injury firm. Will be responsible for assisting with drafting discovery requests and discovery responses, collecting medical records with affidavits and/or depositions on written questions and scheduling depositions, mediations and trials as well as record management.
