Many entry-level roles require relevant skills, certifications, or internships, which can be difficult for new entrants to obtain without prior experience.

Which 3 jobs will survive AI?

Change Control professionals are likely to continue playing a vital role in industries that require strict regulatory compliance and process oversight, as AI cannot fully replace the need for human judgment in managing change processes. Jobs involving complex decision-making, critical thinking, and domain-specific expertise—such as quality assurance managers, regulatory affairs specialists, and project managers—are also expected to persist. These roles often require interpersonal skills, ethical considerations, and contextual understanding that AI currently cannot replicate fully.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Change Control position, and why are they important?

To thrive in a Change Control role, you need thorough knowledge of change management processes, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, often supported by a degree in business, IT, or a related field.
