Why is Gen Z struggling to get jobs?

Gen Z faces challenges in securing jobs due to high competition, limited work experience, and evolving employer expectations for digital skills and adaptability. Many entry-level roles require relevant skills, certifications, or internships, which can be difficult for new entrants to obtain without prior experience.

Which 3 jobs will survive AI?

Change Control professionals are likely to continue playing a vital role in industries that require strict regulatory compliance and process oversight, as AI cannot fully replace the need for human judgment in managing change processes. Jobs involving complex decision-making, critical thinking, and domain-specific expertise—such as quality assurance managers, regulatory affairs specialists, and project managers—are also expected to persist. These roles often require interpersonal skills, ethical considerations, and contextual understanding that AI currently cannot replicate fully.

What are some typical challenges faced by professionals working in Change Control?

Professionals in Change Control often face challenges like managing competing priorities, coordinating changes across multiple teams, and ensuring proper documentation for audit purposes. They must be prepared to handle urgent change requests while minimizing potential disruptions to business operations. Strong communication skills and a systematic approach are crucial to navigate these challenges effectively. By anticipating potential risks and organizing thorough reviews, Change Control specialists help maintain system stability and compliance while supporting organizational growth.

Is change management high paying?

Change Control professionals often earn competitive salaries, especially with experience and certifications such as CCMP or PMP. Salaries vary by industry and location but generally reflect the importance of managing process changes in regulated environments like pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and IT. Higher-level roles or those with specialized skills tend to offer higher compensation.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Change Control position, and why are they important?

To thrive in a Change Control role, you need thorough knowledge of change management processes, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, often supported by a degree in business, IT, or a related field. Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy, and certifications like ITIL, are highly valued. These skills ensure that changes are implemented smoothly, minimize risk, and support operational continuity.
