  • 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 8am - 4:30pm
  • Hybrid: In-office Mon - Weds

What you will do

As the Document Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurate review and processing of documentation (packets) through the quality system

  • Verify accurate completion of change orders and other documentation
  • Create approval routes and maintaining packet routing, as appropriate
  • Participate in the validation and implementation of system upgrades/updates
  • Participate in Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings and documenting any decisions made
  • Train and assist in the development of training for new users of the quality system
  • Perform functions of the MasterControl system administrator (i.e. maintain users, rights, and roles, etc.)

  • Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
