Position Summary

  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, home health agencies, rehabilitation facilities, and healthcare organizations.
  • Generate new referral sources and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on available DME products, services, and insurance coverage options.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and in-service training sessions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with intake, billing, customer service, and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care and equipment delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and referral patterns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referrals, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and all applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service to referral sources and patients.
  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and community outreach programs.
  • Making Deliveries as needed
