ARS Modalities, Inc. is a growing medical device clinical resource and durable medical equipment (DME) company specializing in orthopedic bracing, bone growth stimulation, neuromodulation and pain management devices, postoperative rehabilitation products, vascular compression therapy, and physician practice support services.

We partner with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, pain management physicians, surgery centers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and healthcare systems to improve patient outcomes while providing compliant solutions.

As we continue expanding throughout Texas, we are seeking motivated Medical Device Sales Representatives to grow our physician network and develop long-term customer relationships.


Position Summary

This is a medical sales opportunity ideal for experienced medical sales professionals seeking uncapped earning potential.

Representatives will identify new physician practices, neurology specialist, hospitals, and VA healthcare facilities while managing existing accounts and introducing innovative medical technologies and DME solutions.

This position offers significant flexibility with the opportunity to build recurring commission income while representing an expanding portfolio of reimbursable products and services.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop new physician and healthcare facility relationships
  •  Expanding active prescribers
  • Standardizing protocols
  • Build Champions with Neurology, Pain Management and Primary Care
  • Introduce neuromodulation technologies
  • Conduct physician and staff education
  • Coordinate product demonstrations
  • Work alongside clinical specialists during implementations
  • Develop referral sources
  • Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline
  • Meet monthly territory objectives
  • Attend industry conferences and educational events

Compensation
