Your Role

As a HME Sales Representative, you’ll build strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals while promoting Durable Medical Equipment solutions that improve patient care. This role combines sales expertise, customer service, and healthcare product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Expand customer base across healthcare facilities
  • Client Engagement:
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
    • Provide detailed information on features, benefits, and pricing
    • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products
    • Maintain expertise in Home Medical Equipment (HME)
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate CRM records
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Marketing, Respiratory Therapy Department, Billing and Customer Service Teams.
