Job Summary
The Internet Sales Consultant provides sales and customer service support through phone, email, text, and online communication. This individual contributor role plays a vital part in generating appointments, supporting the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound sales and service calls promptly, professionally, and courteously
  • Make outbound calls to internet leads, unsold showroom traffic, past customers, and service clients
  • Follow scripts and processes to ensure consistent communication and quality information gathering
  • Schedule sales and service appointments that maximize both customer convenience and dealership efficiency
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed ones
  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of dealership products, promotions, and services
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and customer transitions
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and contact goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on retention and satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Previous call center, BDC, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone presence and active listening ability
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on the phone or computer
  • Occasional bending, lifting, and reaching (up to 15 lbs)
