Requirements
We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an Associate with at least 2-4 years of experience in first party and/or third party property, to join our Oakland office. People with tenacity, critical thinking, passion, and a desire to learn, are able to thrive at Zelle. Candidates must have experience in first party and/or third party property insurance litigation and coverage disputes, along with stellar oral and written communication skills. The position will include the examination of claims, preparation of coverage opinion letters, preparation of pleadings, discovery, hearing attendance, and depositions. California bar membership is required.
