Job Title: Division 8 Project Manager
Location: Austin, Texas (On-Site)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Division 8 Project Management and a thorough understanding of the construction industry, particularly in building doors and frames. Proficiency in Comsense is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Division 8 projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate regularly with stakeholders
- Oversee all aspects of the project, including procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and installation
- Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure that all products and services meet or exceed industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Division 8 Project Management, with a focus on building doors and frames
- Proficiency in Comsense (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
