Job description

The Distribution Wave Coordinator, reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, plays a key role in Pet Supplies Plus distribution operations. This administrative position supports order processing by troubleshooting issues, ensuring order accuracy, and confirming all orders are received before release through the system.

Distribution Wave Coordinator Primary Responsibilities Include:


• Ensure that all store orders have been placed for particular wave are accurate and complete
• Contact stores who orders haven’t been received
• Troubleshoot and resolve store order issues
• Manually enter late or missed orders into the system to ensure picking is done in the proper wave
• Complete daily reporting on order metrics (passes, lates, misses, paperwork, etc.)
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Position Requirments:


•2+ years related experience
•Experience with Manhattan WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
•High School Diploma/GED, preferred
•Professional verbal communication skills and customer service orientation
•Ability to communicated with all levels of the organization
•Analytical ability to summarize data and data entry skills
•xcellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail/accuracy
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks
