Job Description:

Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play a crucial role in various departments, including Receiving/Unloading, Scanning/Inventory, Packing/Shipping, and Picking. This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern facility with a great company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Unload trailers using pallet jacks or carts.
  • Sort incoming equipment like modems, routers, and cable boxes.
  • Scan barcodes using handheld RF scanners.
  • Ensure accurate logging of product serial numbers.
  • Pack tested products into boxes with appropriate materials and label packages for outbound shipping.
  • Use iPads to determine item pick locations and quantities.
  • Utilize RF scanners for accurate order picking.
  • Follow work instructions and production targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
  • Comply with safety standards and company policies.

Work Environment

The warehouse is climate-controlled, clean, and organized, offering a positive work environment. Employees are expected to stand all day as there are no sit-down jobs available. Due to a strict security policy, personal cell phones are not allowed during work hours, and employees must comply with the 'No Beep Policy' to avoid setting off metal detectors.
