Location:  Munster, IN

Overview:

The Munster Times is seeking a hands-on Distribution Manager to lead newspaper delivery operations within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily newspaper distribution

- Recruit and manage independent contractors

- Ensure delivery meets standards

- Resolve customer complaints

- Maintain route lists and reports

- Support distribution operations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Microsoft Excel skills

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver’s license and insurance

Physical Requirements:

- Lift up to 35 lbs

- Carry up to 50 lbs

- Combination of standing, walking, and driving
