Job description

Bellota Labs is building the future of interactive entertainment through world-class games, technology, and experiences. As the home of World Poker Tour ClubWPT Gold Product โ€” WPT is one of the most recognized brands in gaming and entertainment, with broadcast presence in more than 150 countries and territories, and now in its 23rd season on CBS Sports Network โ€” we are expanding our global reach across media, partnerships, and audience growth initiatives.
About the Role:

The Digital & Distribution Sales Manager will support the operational and commercial engine of the WPT Studios team, with a strong focus on data, financial analysis, and account management. This individual is highly proactive, takes initiative, and works both independently and as a collaborative member of the Studios team. You will assist with operational strategy, business processes, and systems for overall distribution โ€” providing detailed sales forecasting, revenue tracking, and data reporting that the team depends on to make smart decisions.

This role requires strong financial acumen: tracking accounts payable and receivable, creating invoices alongside finance, and developing process improvements that eliminate bottlenecks and drive efficiency. You will also assist with client outreach, pitch materials, and campaign execution in support of the Director of Distribution and Ad Sales.

This role reports to the VP of Studios and serves as a primary point of contact for account planning and sales support. This is a hybrid role based out of a World Poker Tour designated office.

What You'll Do:

Audience Data, Revenue Reporting & Analysis

  • Aggregate all reporting into a master spreadsheet with summaries to compare performance and identify what's working.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key metrics and provide a clear view of performance trends across all Studios operations.
  • Build reporting tools to identify and analyze viewership and revenues across all aspects of Studios.
  • Analyze industry, sales, market, consumer, and overall business data to surface insights that inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Work with third-party tools to send invoices and account manage vendors and platforms.
  • Create strategies to support subscriber and revenue growth.

Client & Agency Support

  • Assist in maintaining the client and account list, supporting target account outreach alongside the Director of Distribution and Ad Sales.
  • Collaborate with the Director on sales solutions, pitch materials, and capabilities decks.
  • Partner with the VP of Partnerships and Studios to ensure consistent brand identity and high-quality client deliverables.
  • Collect and create data metrics to support sales initiatives and develop case studies.

Internal Marketing Campaigns

  • Provide business solutions through media plans for internal purposes, interfacing with business units to build editorial calendars and marketing plans.
  • Create reports to measure ROI and identify actionable items for marketing internal product.
  • Develop strategic media solutions that grow the brand and ensure consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation.

Sales Account Management

  • Oversee client requests and troubleshoot issues with internal teams, proactively delivering solutions that ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Manage billing and financial deliverables โ€” ensuring all are accounted for, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Proactively reach out to OTT platforms to identify promotional activities and opportunities.
  • Create process improvements that streamline reporting, eliminate bottlenecks, and offer well-considered solutions for the department.
What We're Looking For:

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with a strong understanding of the OTT/streaming ecosystem from playout to monetization and programmatic advertising.
  • 2+ years in financial planning, sales planning, data analysis, and/or business intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, data analytics, or a related field โ€” or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in entertainment, gaming, sports, QSR, automotive, or adjacent consumer brands preferred.

Core Skills

  • Strong financial analyst with the ability to track revenue, accounts payable/receivable, and data sets in detail.
  • Data-driven thinker who can tell a compelling story through metrics and dashboards.
  • Strong communicator and presenter, able to convey ideas clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of multi-screen attribution, customer insights, and campaign management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative problem solver with strong follow-through and the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
  • Collaborative team player who gives and receives feedback well.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for highly sensitive materials and details.

Tools & Systems

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) is mandatory.
  • Experience with third-party reporting tools, CRM systems, and invoice management platforms.
  • PowerBI and Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
  • This position is required to be performed part-time from a World Poker Tour designated worksite.
