As a Distribution Operator, you play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the products they need, on time and in perfect condition:

  • Efficiently pick and fill customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse setting

  • Stand and stay active throughout your shift, handling parts between 5–20 pounds regularly

  • Read and interpret part numbers with accuracy and consistency

  • Work with basic computer systems for inventory, tracking, and order fulfillment
