Warehouse Distribution Operator
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Warehouse Distribution Operator is responsible for supporting the Shipping and Warehouse departments operations by managing orders, inventory control, and logistics tasks, including shipment preparation, material handling, and clerical duties.
Responsibilities
  • Conform to all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Overseeing shipping operations and inventory control
  • Preparing and processing customer orders
  • Preparing goods for shipment using manufacturing equipment
  • Performing departmental clerical tasks
  • Coordinating with the Lab to retrieve samples
  • Loading and unloading trucks and operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts
  • Performing various warehouse functions
  • Sustain housekeeping guidelines
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in logistics (shipping/receiving) and familiarity with warehouse operations required
  • Forklift certified
  • Proficient in MS Office: (PowerPoint, Access, Excel)
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Computer skills required for order processing, inventory control, and email communication
